Who are we?

WE'RE A FAMILY, WE'RE FROM LANCASTER, AND WE LOVE COFFEE.

What started as a passion for savoring good coffee in the early hours of the morning has turned into a coffee roasting company. We're a family from Lancaster, PA that believes the best way to enjoy coffee is to do so with someone else. Whether that someone else is family, friend, God, or a good book, coffee is a medium through which we build community. At Fat Cow we work hard to find a variety of great-tasting green coffee beans from all over the world, with a focus on importers that are building community in their own unique ways (through higher wages to farmers, education programs, low interest loans, missions and social work). We then apply the same passion and care into the roasting process that went into getting them to our hands. The result is a delicious offering of small-batch fresh roasted coffee beans that are ready for your enjoyment. Take them, savor them, and use them as a catalyst for your own relationship and community building.
